This bill provides that written notice describing a specific condition of land declared to be a public nuisance and what action will remedy the nuisance may also be given to the owner of the property on which the nuisance occurs by United State certified mail, return receipt requested, or by some other carrier and method for procuring the signature of the notice recipient, in addition to personal service or first-class mail.
