This bill establishes the "SGT Norbert Overkamp Jr Memorial Highway" on that portion of State Highway 19 from Kimmich Road continuing north to State Highway B in Montgomery County.
The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain appropriate signs with the costs to be paid by the Department of Transportation.
