This bill establishes the "CW2 Rusten Smith Memorial Highway" on that portion of Interstate 44 from State Highway 68/State Highway 8 continuing east to State Highway U in Phelps County.
The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain appropriate signs with the costs to be paid by the Department.
