This bill establishes the "WWII Robert Earl Sauls Memorial Highway" on that portion of U.S. Highway 24 from Davis Road continuing east to Ferguson Spring Road in Jackson County.
The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain appropriate signs with the costs to be paid by private donations.
