HJR 123 -- PERSONS ENTITLED TO VOTE

Upon voter approval, this resolution would repeal an existing provision of the Constitution prohibiting people who have a guardian of their estate because of mental incapacity and people confined in mental institutions from voting.

This bill is the same as HJR 8 (2023).
