Currently, a person commits the offense of unlawful use of a weapon if he or she discharges or shoot a firearm from a motor vehicle. This bill allows the discharge of a firearm from a stationary vehicle as authorized under the Missouri Wildlife Code.
This bill is similar to HB 602 (2023).
