SPONSOR: Lonsdale

This bill establishes "Hannah's Law", which increases the maximum age at which a person must wear a personal flotation device on board a watercraft from seven years old to 13 years old, and extends this requirement to wading or swimming in navigable public waters more that three feet in depth.
