SPONSOR: Fountain Henderson
This bill specifies that any speed humps, speed tables, speed cushions, or speed pillows installed to calm traffic on public roadways after August 28, 2024, must be 14 feet in length and three and one-half inches tall, with a graded height to be achieved over two feet on either side within the 14-foot length, and be visibly marked to alert motorists.
This bill is the same as HB 1237 (2023).
