HB 2516 -- POSSESSION OF CERTAIN WEAPONS

SPONSOR: Bland Manlove

This bill prohibits the possession of a "large capacity ammunition feeding device", as defined in the bill. The offense of owning such device is a class A misdemeanor. The bill also makes the definition of "antique firearm" consistent with federal law.

This bill is similar to HB 980 (2023).
