This bill creates "Jaxx's Law". For any civil action in this State or any civil action arising from acts or omissions occurring within this State, including a wrongful death action, an unborn child will not be considered an employee of a business located within this State or conducting business within this State, or of a State agency of Missouri. "Unborn child" has the same meaning as provided under Section 188.015, RSMo.
This bill is the same as HB 1121 (2023).
