This bill prevents pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs) from reducing, rescinding, or otherwise engaging in the claw back of any reimbursement payment, in whole or in part, to a pharmacist or pharmacy for the cost or dispensing fee of a prescription drug if at least 60 days have passed since the reimbursement claim was submitted by the pharmacist or pharmacy.
