The bill modifies provisions relating to hospital inpatient pharmacy services by giving the Department of Health and Senior Services the sole authority to promulgate rules governing inpatient pharmacy services in hospitals in conjunction with the board governing medication distribution and therapy.
The Missouri Board of Pharmacy shall have the sole authority to promulgate rules on the inspection and licensure of class B hospital pharmacies.
This bill is the same as HB 966 (2023).
