Currently, certain video or audio recordings of a minor who is alleged to be the victim of a sexual offense are prohibited from being copied or distributed unless required by Supreme Court Rule or by court order. This bill applies such prohibition to certain video or audio recordings when a child is a victim or a witness of an offense under Chapter 565, 566, 568, or 573, RSMo.
