HB 2144 -- MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL TAX APPORTIONMENT AND DISTRIBUTION

SPONSOR: Seitz

Beginning January 1, 2025, this bill modifies how the population of high-tourism destinations is computed for purposes of apportionment and distribution of motor fuel tax revenues under Article IV, Section 30(a) of the Missouri Constitution.

This bill is similar to HB 171 (2023).
