HJR 103 -- LOBBYING

Upon voter approval, this Constitutional amendment prohibits any person serving as an elected official under or employed by the executive branch, after December 7, 2024, from serving or registering as a paid lobbyist, or participated in a number of activities that could be construed as lobbying, as defined in the resolution, until two years after the person's final date of service in the executive branch.
