Currently, limited liability companies that own or rent real property in specified political subdivisions are required to designate, by affidavit, the name and street address of a natural person with management control or responsibility for the real property.
This bill adds any county with more than 1 million inhabitants to that list of political subdivisions. St. Louis County is currently the only county with more than 1 million inhabitants.
This bill is similar to HB 362 (2023).
