HB 1759 -- TIME-OF-USE RATES

This bill prohibits the Public Service Commission from requiring customers to pay time-of-use rates for electricity consumption. Customers may only pay time-of-use rates if the customer voluntarily opts in to such rates.

This bill is the same as SB 759 (2024).
