This act is identical to SB 637 (2022) and substantially similar to provisions of the truly agreed to and finally passed SS#2/HCS/HB 2634 (2024), SS/SCS/SBs 1168 & 810 (2024), SB 160 (2023), SS/SB 667 (2022), and HB 2 (1st Extraordinary Session (2021)).
