Currently, upon request by a candidate, a duly authorized representative of a campaign committee, or a political party committee, the Secretary of State shall furnish the names, addresses, and voter identification numbers of voters who applied for absentee ballots within the jurisdiction of an election authority.
This bill adds political party affiliations to the list of absentee voter information that may be requested.
