COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "Do Pass by Consent" by the Standing Committee on Transportation Infrastructure by a vote of 14 to 0. Voted "Do Pass- Consent" by the Standing Committee on Consent and House Procedure by a vote of 7 to 0.

This bill establishes the "CPL Homer Hoover Shultz Memorial Highway" on a portion of State Highway 133 beginning one mile south of State Highway T to one mile north of State Highway T in Pulaski County. The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain the sign with the costs to be paid by private donation.

PROPONENTS: Supporters say that this will be a fitting tribute to Mr. Schultz.

Testifying in person for the bill was Representative Mayhew.

OPPONENTS: There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
