SB 469 - Current law provides that the Missouri Development Finance Board shall be composed of twelve members. This act adds four additional members to the Board. Two members shall be members of the Senate, one from each party, appointed by the President Pro Tem. The remaining two members shall be members of the House of Representatives, one from each party, appointed by the Speaker of the House.

This act is identical to a provision contained in SCS/SB 466 (2021).
