SB 383 - This act repeals the Missouri State Archives-St. Louis Trust Fund as well as provisions of law authorizing the Secretary of State to open and maintain an archival facility in St. Louis and allowing the Secretary of State to receive any moneys or properties for the development or maintenance of such a facility.

This act is identical to HB 670 (2021) and substantially similar to HB 603 (2021), SB 744 (2020), and HB 1526 (2020).
