This bill appropriates $2,791,000 from the bond proceeds account in the state transportation fund to the commissioner of transportation for infrastructure improvements along marked Trunk Highway 95 in the city of Cambridge. The funds will be used for various enhancements, including traffic signals, street lighting, storm sewers, retention ponds, sanitary sewers, and water mains, as part of the reconstruction project on this highway.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $2,791,000 to provide the necessary funding for these improvements.
