This bill appropriates $4,500,000 from the general fund for fiscal year 2027 to the Public Facilities Authority, specifically for a grant to the city of North St. Paul. The funds are designated for the design, construction, and equipping of a new water tower, with the appropriation being a one-time allocation that remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.

Additionally, the bill cancels a prior appropriation of $4,500,000 that was allocated for capital improvements to the community outreach facility in North St. Paul, as specified in Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 30.
