Specifically, it allocates a one-time grant from the renewable development account to Liberty Diversified International, with the amount specified for fiscal year 2027. This appropriation is made notwithstanding existing provisions in Minnesota Statutes, section 116C.779, subdivision 1, paragraph (j).
