This bill appropriates $20,000 from the general fund for the design and construction of a memorial dedicated to women veterans in the city of Eagan, Minnesota. The funding is intended to honor those women who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States over the past 250 years since the country's founding.

The appropriation is designated for fiscal year 2027 and is a one-time allocation that will remain available until the memorial project is either completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
