The bill appropriates $11,000,000 from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund for improvements to marked Trunk Highway 7, which runs through the cities of Chanhassen, Deephaven, Excelsior, Greenwood, Minnetonka, Minnetrista, Shorewood, and St. Bonifacius. The funds will be used for various activities including predesign, design, engineering, environmental analysis and remediation, property acquisition, and construction, and are intended to complement planned highway maintenance.
