This bill appropriates funds for a grant to the Center for Communication and Development, also known as KMOJ FM, a nonprofit organization based in Minneapolis. Specifically, it allocates $....... in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development. The purpose of this grant is to support the acquisition of property and the design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of the KMOJ Community Media and Engagement Hub.
