This bill appropriates $4,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Olmsted County. The funds are designated for the design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of the expansion and renovation of the History Center of Olmsted County Museum facility. This appropriation is subject to the provisions outlined in Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.695.

To finance this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $4,000,000.
