This bill appropriates $2,000,000 from the general fund for fiscal year 2027 to support Turning Point Inc., a nonprofit organization, in the establishment of a 32-bed residential facility named "Ms. Bea's" in the metropolitan area of Minnesota. The appropriation covers essential upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems, as well as the construction of necessary spaces such as bedrooms, a commercial kitchen, and community areas.
