This bill appropriates $9,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Paynesville. The funds are designated for the predesign, design, construction, equipping, and furnishing of an expansion of the existing wastewater industrial pretreatment facility. The expansion aims to increase treatment capacity and upgrade systems and processes within the facility.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $9,000,000 to provide the necessary funding.
