This bill appropriates $2,700,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for the city of Loretto to improve its water and sewer infrastructure. The funds will be used for the design, engineering, and construction of new water mains, water valves, a sanitary sewer system, and a stormwater system, along with necessary street reconstruction.

To finance this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $2,700,000, following the guidelines set forth in Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution.
