This bill appropriates $170,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for the Crane Lake Water and Sanitary District. The funds are designated for the predesign, design, engineering, construction, and equipping of wastewater treatment system improvements. These improvements will focus on preserving or replacing mechanical systems, monitoring and control systems, treatment systems, and other necessary renovations to ensure ongoing operations.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $170,000 to provide the appropriated funds. The bond issuance will follow the procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution. The provisions of this bill will take effect the day after it is enacted.
