This bill appropriates $1,850,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Frazee. The funds are designated for the design, engineering, and construction of North River Drive, along with associated water and sewer infrastructure, connecting County State-Aid Highway 29 to marked Trunk Highway 87 and linking to Wannigan Regional Park.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $1,850,000 to finance the appropriation. The provisions for the bond sale will follow the guidelines set forth in Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution. The bill will take effect the day after it is enacted.
