The bill proposes to redesignate specific areas within the Mississippi River Corridor Critical Area in St. Paul Park. It specifically changes the designation of certain parts of Sections 12, 13, and 24, Township 27 North, Range 22 West, from a rural and open space district (CA-ROS) to a river neighborhood district (CA-RN). This change is made notwithstanding existing Minnesota Rules, chapter 6106.
