This bill modifies the per diem compensation for officers of the Minnesota Agricultural Education Leadership Council and the board of directors of the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute. Specifically, it amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 41D.01, subdivision 3, to allow members who are not part of the house of representatives or senate to receive compensation at a rate of $125 per day, contingent upon council approval.
