This bill modifies the per diem compensation for officers of the Minnesota Agricultural Education Leadership Council and the board of directors of the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute. Specifically, it amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 41D.01, subdivision 3, to allow council members who are not part of the house of representatives or senate to be compensated at a rate of up to $125 per day, contingent upon council approval.
