This accomplishment marks the highest achievement for any ROTC team in the competition's history, which is renowned for its rigorous standards and global participation from elite military training programs. The resolution acknowledges the leadership of Captain Jamieson Barnes and Master Sergeant Ivan Krestyn, as well as the exceptional performance of Cadet Charles Frattalone, who served as team captain.

In recognition of their service and this significant honor, the Minnesota Senate expresses gratitude to the University of Minnesota ROTC.
