The purpose of this project is to establish a Regional Youth Housing, Workforce, and Community Services Hub, which will provide space for a housing cooperative, nonprofit organization programming and administration, workforce development, community wellness services, community gathering, and other resources to benefit communities throughout the state.

Additionally, the bill includes a provision stating that this section will take effect the day following its final enactment.
