The bill appropriates $5,000,000 from the bond proceeds account in the state transportation fund for the reconstruction of 210th Avenue in Pope County. This funding is designated for grants to the city of Glenwood, Glenwood Township, or Leven Township, and will cover the acquisition of permanent easements and right-of-way, as well as the predesign, design, construction, and reconstruction of the specified roadway segment between marked Trunk Highway 28 and Pope County State-Aid Highway 28.

To finance this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $5,000,000, following the procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes. The effective date of this section is set for the day following its final enactment.
