This bill appropriates $4,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund for the renovation of the Hayden Heights Library in St. Paul. The funds will be allocated to the commissioner of employment and economic development, who will provide a grant to the city to cover the design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of the library renovation.
