This bill appropriates $50,000 from the arts and cultural heritage fund for the fiscal year 2026 to support the Legacy Coordination Network Education Fund. The funds will be allocated to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities Center, specifically for grants aimed at programming related to Minnesota African Diaspora Black History Month.
