This bill amends Laws 2023, chapter 70, article 20, section 2, subdivision 7, to make technical changes regarding funding for various human services initiatives. It allocates $250,000 for a homeless management information system in fiscal year 2024 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2025, with a base appropriation of $1,140,000 for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. Additionally, it provides $959,000 each for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 for an online behavioral health Minnesota-based database, and $286,000 for integrated services for children and families for the same fiscal years. The bill also allows for carryforward authority for certain appropriations until June 30, 2027, and June 30, 2028.

Furthermore, the bill includes a deletion of a previous subsection (f) and replaces it with a new subsection (e) that establishes the general fund base levels at $25,243,000 for fiscal year 2026 and $24,682,000 for fiscal year 2027.
