The bill appropriates $1,500,000 from the bond proceeds account in the state transportation fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to Douglas County. This funding is designated for the preliminary engineering and final design of an interchange at the intersection of Interstate Highway 94 and Douglas County State-Aid Highway 17.
