This bill appropriates $3,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for the city of Little Canada to improve local road intersections. Specifically, the funds will be used to construct a roundabout, reconfigure roads, and enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility at two key intersections: Little Canada Road and Country Drive, as well as Little Canada Road, Lake Shore Avenue, and County Road C.

To finance this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $3,000,000, following the procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution. The provisions of this bill will take effect the day after it is enacted.
