This bill appropriates $500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Loretto. The funds are designated for capital improvements aimed at enhancing water quality in stormwater ponds, which includes activities such as predesign, design, engineering, dredging, and the removal and disposal of sediment from these ponds.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $500,000 to finance the appropriated funds.
