The bill appropriates $6,250,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for wastewater treatment improvements in the city of Jordan. This funding is designated for the design, construction, and equipping of various infrastructure upgrades, including the replacement of a lift station, associated pumps and piping, a final clarifier, and the rehabilitation and replacement of wastewater pretreatment infrastructure.

To finance this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $6,250,000, following the procedures outlined in Minnesota Statutes and the Minnesota Constitution. The provisions of this bill will take effect the day after it is enacted.
