The bill proposes an appropriation of $17,900,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Traverse County. This funding is designated for the demolition of the existing county courthouse in Wheaton and for the predesign, design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of a new courthouse at the same location.
