The funds will be granted to Wilson's Image Holding LLC for the design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of the food hall, which will include a brewery and taproom, restaurants, and dining space. The appropriation also covers necessary expenses for demolition, environmental cleanup, and other improvements to ensure the facility is safe and functional. The funds will remain available until the project is either completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.

Additionally, the bill includes a provision stating that it will take effect the day following its final enactment.
