This bill appropriates $4,500,000 from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund for the planning, design, environmental review, engineering, and right-of-way acquisition necessary for the reconstruction of the interchange at Interstate Highway 35 and Scott County State-Aid Highway 2. Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $4,500,000 to finance the appropriation.
