This bill appropriates $1,950,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Lamberton. The funds are designated for the design, construction, and equipping of source water improvements, as well as the replacement of aging municipal infrastructure. Specifically, the appropriation will cover new wells, water piping, and improvements to the water distribution system, sanitary sewer system, storm sewer system, and the reconstruction of city streets.

Additionally, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to the amount of $1,950,000 to provide the necessary funding.
